NDMA has prepared a plan for the delivery of relief rations to six districts of Punjab. By mobilizing national resources with the support of the private sector and industries, NDMA has accelerated relief operations.

Using its own resources, NDMA today dispatched four truckloads of relief rations each for Wazirabad and Hafizabad. Each ration bag weighs 46 kilograms and contains 22 items.

Yesterday, relief consignments were sent to Narowal and Sialkot, while preparations are underway for the delivery of relief rations to Chiniot and Jhang, which will be dispatched in the coming days.

As per the Prime Minister’s directions, NDMA will continue its relief efforts. NDMA is committed to the rehabilitation of the affected people and is working in close coordination with all relevant institutions.
