This document describes Our Privacy Policy and procedure on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. Application refers to NDMA mobile alert, the software program provided by the Company.

Application Usage Data

Application Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including your app usage patterns and area of interest within application feature as well as you IP address.

Your Current Location

While using our application, we collect your current location information. This is used only with your consent and aimed to provide features of the services. It will facilitate you to identify and corelate the intimation of hazard, disaster activity with your current location.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain Your Personal Data only till you remain registered with us as authentic application user. As you unregister with us or delete your account yourself, all your information collected will be deleted. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our functional requirements & legal obligations resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will utilize Usage Data for application analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service.

Security of Your Personal Data


The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Application Permissions 


1.Google maps is a map service providing company. In some of our GPS apps we use google map (third party) data to provide map services to our users it requires location permission to access this service
2.We ask for notification permission you get notified on time
3.We ask to on your WIFI or data connection so application is runnable
4.We may ask for storage access to store the application state
5.We use firebase to analyze our app and to record crashes and analyze different sort of data like Demographics, User Retention, LTV (life time value)


EU User Policy
European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK) data protection law applies to the processing of your information, we provide the controls described in this policy so you can exercise your right to request access to, update, remove, delete, and restrict the processing of your information. You also have the right to object to the processing of your information. The right to access, update or delete the information we have about you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request the deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you. This also enables you to receive a copy of the Personal Data that we hold about you. 
We will provide you or a third party you have chosen, with your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you. You have the right to withdraw your consent to use your data. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with access to certain specific functionalities of the service. If you make a request, we will try our best to respond to You as soon as possible. we process your information for things like:

We inform third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California and have a registered account with the App, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App.
We collect data and information such as name, contact info, education, employment, employment history and financial information just to show you some ads according to your interest and browse. We don’t share the account and transaction history with others. We don’t share the device location with a third party. We don’t share the personal data of the user with anyone else without the consent of the customer. We may also collect other personal information outside of these categories in instances where you interact with us in-person, online, or by phone or mail in the context of:
• Receiving help through our customer support channels
• Participation in customer surveys or contests
• Facilitation in the delivery of our Services and response to your inquiries.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
