In accordance with the Government of Pakistan's instructions to provide humanitarian support to the people of Gaza, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in collaboration with Al-Khidmat has coordinated to send through a commercial cargo ship for seventh tranche of relief assistance.

Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani, Palestinian Ambassador to Pakistan Mr. Ahmad Rabaie, Representatives of Al Khidmat Foundation, Senior officials of NDMA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Armed Forces attended the end-off ceremony at South Asia Pakistan Terminal (SAPT) Karachi. The shipment is destined to reach Said port, Egypt for further distribution to People of Gaza.

This seventh relief consignment comprises of 300 tons of aid including medicines, blankets, hygiene kits and tinned food items as per needs at Gaza.

Earlier, NDMA has sent six relief consignments comprising 330 tons of aid which included special winterized tents, blankets, surgical supplies, medicines, and food packs.

Pakistan remains committed to supporting the Palestinian people during this difficult period, offering its solidarity, and seeking peaceful resolution.
